3. Payment and Confirmation:
- A token amount to be paid at the time of booking to secure the reservation and the remaining balance to be paid no later than 5 days before the journey starts.
- Once payment is received, travellers will receive a confirmation email with booking details, including tour itinerary, meeting points, contact information, and any other relevant information.
4. Tour Participation:
- Travelers must arrive at the designated meeting point on time for the start of the tour.
- Travelers should follow the instructions of the tour guide and adhere to the planned itinerary and schedule.
- Travelers should notify the tour guide or agency representative of any special requirements, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions before the tour begins.
5. Health and Safety:
- Travelers should prioritize their health and safety throughout the tour.
- Travelers should follow any health and safety guidelines or protocols provided by the tour guide or agency, including wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and sanitizing hands regularly.
- Travelers should notify the tour guide immediately in case of any medical emergencies or concerns during the tour.
