Refund Policy

At Buddhayatraa, we strive to provide the best spiritual travel experiences and the purpose of organising these tours for welfare of Multi beings”. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy below:

Token Amount:

The token amount paid to confirm your seat is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Full Booking Payment:

  • If you have paid the full booking amount and need to cancel or reschedule, the paid amount can be adjusted towards your next scheduled pilgrimage.
  • Alternatively, a full refund is available if the cancellation or reschedule is initiated by Buddhayatraa.

Cancellations/Reschedules by Buddhayatraa:

  • If Buddhayatraa cancels or reschedules a trip, you are eligible for a full refund or can choose to adjust the amount towards a future journey.

Weather-Related Cancellations/Reschedules:

  • In the event of cancellations or reschedules due to adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.

Traveler-Initiated Cancellations:

Cancellations initiated by the traveller for reasons other than those stated above will be subject to a processing fee, deducted from the refund amount. The remainder can be adjusted towards a future pilgrimage or refunded based on the timing of the cancellation:

  • More than 5 days before departure: 100% refund of the full booking amount.
  • Less than 5 days before departure: No refund.

Documentation and Requests:

All refund and reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team. Documentation may be required for processing.
